What Is
Awakening Deeper Consciousness?

We are so excited to officially announce our first year long community container beginning January 7th, 2025! 

​

This year-long program is for women who are looking to heal, awaken, and grow in a supportive and immersive therapeutic group container. 

​

We will meet Tuesdays at noon, via Zoom, and hold four in-person seasonal group ceremonies. 

​

Over our time together participants will gently traverse their way through the gates of the medicine wheel, learning about its teachings and embodying its wisdoms. 

​

The East gate will bring us the power of ritual, the art of contemplation, and a full self-inquiry through the lenses of The Enneagram, Human Design, Psychological Types, Gene Keys, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems.

​

The South Gate will invite us deep into the psyche, as we look at trauma, compensatory strategies, the shadow, and the collective unconscious.

​

The West Gate will summon us into learning about equanimity, reciprocity and compassionate inquiry as we explore the practices of active imagination and dream tending. 

​

And finally in the North Gate we will delve into the art of integration, the psyche-soma connection, and sexual embodiment. 

​

This container will be held and supported by three women who have a combined total of more than fifteen years in the psychedelic space, and over thirty years holding space for others in therapeutic healing containers. 

​

Aimee Heff is a retired sex therapist turned sex witch. Jen Hurst specializes in Trauma Recovery (CI), Enneagram Coaching, facilitation and integration. Amy Rossi is a depth psychologist (M.A.), teacher, and facilitator. 

​

We are intentionally keeping this container small and intimate so participants will feel fully supported and held in their healing and awakening process. As such, we expect this group to fill quickly.
